Many individuals struggle with financial stress and a poor relationship with money. Despite offering a valuable solution as a mindful money management platform, Aura's potential was hampered by a disjointed brand identity and user experience. This resulted in an unclear value proposition, a user journey riddled with friction, and an eroded sense of trust. These factors limited Aura's ability to reach its target audience and establish itself in the fintech market.
At Aura Finance, I spearheaded a rebranding effort to gain market share. I developed a new brand identity that effectively communicates our value proposition and fosters trust with both partners and users. I also established a new design system and revamped the UX/UI across our app, web-app, and website, to ensure a user-friendly and intuitive platform experience.
